2. Return Conditions
For items like the Shappy Play Sofa that expand upon unpacking, you can’t return them in their original packaging once they’ve been used. If you’ve unpacked the product, please repack it carefully to avoid damage during return. The product should be in its original condition, complete, and show no signs of use.
If the product is used beyond just checking it out or if it’s returned incomplete or too worn, you might be responsible for a decrease in its value. In such cases, we may refuse the return or adjust the refund amount accordingly.
3. Return Shipping Costs You’ll need to cover the cost of shipping the product back to us. The return shipping is on you.
4. Return Timeline Make sure to send the product back right away and no later than 14 days from when you told us you wanted to cancel. If you send it before the 14 days are up, you’ll be all set. The return shipping cost is also your responsibility.
5. Refund Process We’ll refund you to the same bank account you used for the original payment unless you let us know about a different method that doesn’t cost extra. We’ll process your refund within 7 days after we get the returned product. We might hold off on the refund until we receive the product or proof that you’ve sent it back.
